Wn Talents is seeking a Middle Community Manager to own the community direction for projects in the Roblox ecosystem. This role focuses on building and retaining an active community through content and communication, not just scheduled social media posting. Remote work, salary discussed upon application.

This is NOT a role for "managing social media on a schedule". This is a role about: building a live and active community, retaining the audience through content and communication. Responsibilities: - Managing and developing social media, managing channels: Instagram, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter). - Regular content and communication with the audience, increasing engagement (ER, retention, activity). - Working with the audience: answering user questions, moderation and maintaining a healthy community, working with feedback and user pain points. - CustDev and research: conducting user interviews, collecting product insights, identifying growth areas for the product and marketing teams. - Community activities: conducting live streams, events, launching challenges, contests, gaming activities, developing UGC and user engagement. - Increasing activity within the community, working on retention through communication, creating a "core" of loyal users. - Team interaction: transferring insights to product and marketing, participating in the launch of new features and events, synchronizing with influence, paid, and CRM.

Ideal candidate profile: - 3+ years of experience in community management - Experience managing international social media - Experience with gaming or digital products - Active social media management (Instagram, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, X) - Strong communication skills, ability to work with audience and conflicts - Knows how to conduct CustDev and interviews - Understands engagement and retention metrics - English language - C1+ level (working with an international community) - Love for games - Bonus: at least 2 games from the list: GTA V, PUBG Mobile, Minecraft, ARC Raiders, Fortnite, Path of Exile (1/2)
