Middle Affiliate Manager | iGaming

Affiliate Manager for iGaming company. Responsibilities include partner development, affiliate channel scaling, new partner onboarding, payment control, KPI monitoring, traffic analysis, and fraud prevention. Requires experience with UZ, TR, KZ, AZ, RU markets, negotiation skills, and traffic analysis understanding. Russian language is primary, English is a plus.

Team player to take over the development of the partner direction and scaling of the affiliate channel, as well as: - search, attraction and onboarding of new partners, control of payments (a plus - own partner base) - negotiation of terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid) - control of traffic quality and KPI compliance - analysis of key metrics and reporting - identification and prevention of fraud

If you: have worked with UZ TR KZ AZ RU markets traffic and SEO are not new to you; have the ability to negotiate; Russian is 1st, English is a plus understand traffic metrics and analysis, optimization and scaling understand the principles of operation of the main traffic sources have 1.5+ years of experience in iGaming
