Interview and candidate assessment skills. Proven experience in mass recruitment. Experience with various candidate sourcing methods. Willingness to make many phone calls. Desire to grow in HR and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle large volumes of information. Proficient PC user, strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.

Office work in Moscow. Salary from 120,000 RUB per month.
