We are Christian House of Family Traditions, the largest genealogical company. We need not a 'big boss' who only assigns tasks, but a modern hands-on strategist and playing coach. A person who manages a team of 2 and contractors, but also works hands-on and does it smartly: uses AI for routine tasks, prioritizes correctly, analyzes invested resources and produced effect. We value independence and resourcefulness. Key challenges: - Main goal for six months is to build end-to-end analytics in Bitrix so that decisions are based on real deals, not only leads. - Orchestrate existing channels: SEO, Yandex Direct, social media, PR and newsletters. - Manage brand meanings and digital assets (website, presentations, media projects). - Reduce lead cost in a niche with a long sales cycle and premium audience.
