Responsibilities: • Transferring competencies in all marketing disciplines from the founder, including: • Team management: copywriters/designer/tech specialist/editor/targeting specialist/producer. • Compiling a content plan (text/video/ideas) and its publication. • Independent editing and providing technical specifications for Stories/Reels/Shorts. • Monitoring and responding to comments.

• Desire to learn to manage people/processes/finances is a plus. • Desire to understand all aspects of marketing in large and growing projects: from technical mailings to SEO. • Experience creating Reels/Shorts. • Experience in soft niches: psychology, business (desirable). • High attention to detail: spelling/punctuation/style/emojis. • High engagement: 25-35 chats in TG + social media analytics. • AI skills: DeepSeek, MidJourney, etc. • Software skills: CapCut, inShot, FaceApp, Remini, etc. • 90% of the time: working from a laptop or PC. • Important!
