Marketing Specialist at OOO "Chelyabinsk Electrical Equipment Plant". Chelyabinsk. Development and implementation of advertising campaigns, CRM work, presentation preparation, email marketing management, feedback collection.

OOO "Chelyabinsk Electrical Equipment Plant" is involved in turnkey construction of energy facilities, including design and survey work, production of electrical switchboard products and modular boiler houses, delivery, electrical installation, and commissioning. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Development, planning, coordination, and implementation of advertising campaigns. • Collection of information about completed projects, photos for the portfolio, case study preparation. • Work in the CRM system (specifically, processing incoming leads and distributing them to the sales department). • Preparation of presentation materials (independently and with the involvement of contractors). • Management of email marketing campaigns. • Feedback collection, measurement of Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS). • Organization of marketing events.

• Higher professional education. • Knowledge of media planning and social media management basics. • Experience with online promotion systems. • Experience in developing advertising content, including presentation materials. • Analysis of the correctness of pricing for advertising and marketing services. • Experience in planning, developing, and implementing advertising campaigns that support project sales. • Experience in effective contractor management. • Photography skills (video shooting skills are desirable). • Proficiency in computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Corel Draw; other graphic programs are a plus.
