Seeking a Marketing Director to build a marketing and lead generation system from scratch for two businesses (UPMARKET and TOMARKET) with the goal of increasing revenue. Direct reporting to the owner. Remote work with 1-2 in-person meetings per week. Salary range: 300,000 - 500,000+ RUB.

We are looking for a Marketing Director who will build a marketing and lead generation system from scratch in two businesses – UPMARKET and TOMARKET – with the goal of increasing revenue. Direct reporting to the owner. UPMARKET is a full-cycle fulfillment for marketplaces. 1+ million units per month, clients: MIXIT, Septivit, etc. Winner of "Fulfillment of the Year" (MPSELLERS, 2023). TOMARKET is logistics from warehouse to distribution centers and pickup points. Launched in 2025, active growth stage. Founder – Oleg Nevorotov, deeply involved in the business. Focus of the role: build end-to-end analytics, create manageable lead generation, revamp positioning and offers, connect marketing and sales into a single system, build a strong team. Tasks for 6-9 months: implement analytics (channel → lead → deal → revenue), identify and scale key channels, package the product and value proposition, build a funnel and SQL criteria, rebuild the marketing team, implement KPI and management system. Current context: UPMARKET: 300 SQL/month, 3% conversion, 1 million budget. TOMARKET: 360 SQL/month, 20% conversion, 1.5 million budget. Expected results: revenue growth (UPMARKET +50%, TOMARKET +70%), transparent analytics, clear growth channels, manageable funnel.

Experience in building lead generation from scratch. Implementation of end-to-end analytics. B2B / complex services. Team management. Experience in logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, or operational businesses. Roles: CMO / Head of Growth / Director of Marketing

Format: remote + meetings 1-2 times per week. Term: 6-9 months (with possible extension). Income: discussed, target from 300,000 - 500,000, above 500,000 also ready to discuss. Additional motivation: 13th salary.
