Launch and scale paid traffic (international and RU channels) Find and test new growth channels (influencers, UGC, affiliate programs, CPL networks) Build and optimize the funnel: store onboarding, paywall, subscription Work with creatives: set technical specifications, test hypotheses, scale campaigns Formulate and prioritize growth hypotheses, conduct rapid testing cycles Work with ASO and store conversion (icons, screenshots, texts) Build a scalable growth system, act as a marketing partner

Practical experience in performance marketing (mobile / subscription products - priority) Understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, retention Ability to independently purchase and scale traffic Experience with analytics (AppsFlyer, Firebase) Proven successful marketing experience with HealthTech applications Desire to build a large global project

The product is in the traction stage, with sales and a proven business model. We are currently scaling growth and are looking for not just an executor, but a potential partner who can lead marketing in the future. After the trial period, we are ready to transition to a revShare model. Upon achieving KPIs and working in the project, we are ready to discuss equity sharing.
