3+ years in operations, PMO, business analysis, or sales/marketing operations. Systems thinker, AI native, proactive, strong written and spoken English.

Part-time ~15 hours/week, fully remote, outcome-driven culture, 3-month trial period, opportunity to learn AI adoption.
