Seeking a designer for marketing and content visuals in the beauty industry. Project-based employment with payment per creative. Requires experience in social media design and understanding of marketing principles.

We are looking for a designer to handle visual tasks in marketing and content. Project: Beauty industry, tools and materials for masters, etc. Important: Ability to work in different styles and create not only "complex designs" but also simple, fast, and effective creatives for social media. Format: Project-based employment Tasks: Main focus (regularly): Content and creatives (key block): - design of posts and stories, creation of templates for content, covers for videos/reels, "before/after" visuals 2. Marketing materials: - flyers, posters, announcements, business cards, certificates, packaging design (boxes, stickers), POS materials (menus, price lists, stands, etc.) Additionally (to a lesser extent): - assistance with web/landing page design

Mandatory: - sense of composition and clean visuals - ability to work according to technical specifications and meet deadlines - experience in social media design - responsibility, 1 or more years, Russian citizenship - ability to adapt design for different formats - understanding of marketing (what works and what doesn't) Bonus: - experience in the beauty industry

Budget: from 3000 to 5000 rubles per creative (depends on complexity, volume, and deadlines, payment can be higher), each task separately: evaluation → execution → payment upon completion
