Performance Designer / Concept Designer
Performance Designer / Concept Designer for an International Marketing Team. Develops advertising concepts from scratch, scales existing ideas, creates static promotional materials, and works with visual logic. Requires experience in advertising/creative/marketing projects and strong conceptual thinking.
We are looking for a designer who knows how to create and develop advertising concepts. This role is about thinking, ideas, and creative logic. What you will do: - Develop advertising concepts from scratch - Develop and scale existing creative ideas (versions, adaptations, variations) - Create static promotional materials and advertising banners - Work with visual logic: accents, structure, user gaze path - Improve concepts based on their effectiveness - Participate in generating and testing new creative approaches - In the future - develop and manage a department
Who we are looking for: - Designer with experience in advertising / creative / marketing projects - Someone who knows how to think in concepts, not just assemble layouts - A specialist who understands how attention works in advertising - A person capable of explaining their idea: what is the key accent and what logic is embedded in the creative - Strong portfolio with advertising/creative work cases - Experience working with agencies, products, or creative teams will be a plus Important: - We consider candidates with experience in conceptual solutions and their development. - The key task is idea development, not just design production. - We are looking for people who can think and offer solutions, not just perform tasks.
