EMCD is an international crypto-fintech company and the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are looking for a designer for our marketing team to work with performance creatives, AI tools, and visuals. Responsibilities: — Create creatives for advertising campaigns — Adapt designs for different platforms and formats — Work with AI generation of images and video — Develop the visual style of advertising materials — Test new approaches and improve creatives based on metrics — Collaborate with the media buying team

— Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud — Experience with AI tools for graphics/video generation, understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows — Understanding of digital advertising and visual trends — Blender / 3D is a big plus
