Manager for work with Bank Transfer agents

Full-time role in Cyprus or Serbia (office) for a specialist to manage Bank Transfer agent networks, including onboarding, negotiations, and performance monitoring.

We are looking for a specialist responsible for searching, connecting, and developing the agent network in target regions. You will build relationships with agents, control the effectiveness of their work, and resolve disputed payment situations. Responsibilities: - Searching for potential agents, onboarding, training, and launching them into work; - Conducting negotiations and building long-term relationships; - Ensuring compliance with internal rules and SLAs; - Interacting with internal teams; - Monitoring effectiveness, working with disputes and disputed payments; - Preparing and maintaining regular reports.

Important: - Experience working with Bank Transfer agents or in P2P payments; - Experience in finding and attracting new partners; - Negotiation skills and building long-term relationships; - Systematic approach and attention to detail; - Ability to work with large volumes of information; - English at working communication level. Nice to have: - Experience with payment agents; - Understanding of local payment methods; - Experience with disputes; - Knowledge of payment markets in certain regions.
