We are developing a personal brand and launching an educational online product 'The Woman Who Is Chosen', strengthening presence in social networks and building systematic work with podcasts, events and partner projects. Responsibilities: - Assemble projects into a unified calendar and drive the launch of the course, landing page, bot and funnel: complete tasks, get approvals, notice difficulties and suggest solutions. - Manage social networks from idea to publication: create content plan, interview Alexandra, turn her thoughts and speeches into posts, carousels, stories and reels scripts. Preserve her voice, reveal personality and expertise without templates or pushy sales. - Create visuals, edit videos, add covers and subtitles, approve and publish content, update profiles. Use AI, verify facts and edit results. - Answer organizational questions, handle applications. Forward personal requests to Alexandra, keep client stories confidential and with consent. - Organize shoots and masterclasses in Saint Petersburg — from preparation to working on site. Help with presentations, find podcasts and partners, negotiate barter and commercial participation. - Monitor weekly which content leads to responses, applications and purchases, track funnel conversions. Report results and delays concisely, suggest improvements.

At least 2 years in project management, launches or business assistance. - Systems thinking, responsibility, attentiveness, engagement, punctuality and structured approach. - Experience managing social networks, portfolio of texts, scripts and publications. - Understanding of personal brand, educational products and sales funnels. - Fluent speech, visual taste, ability to maintain expert style. - Proficiency with AI with editing and fact-checking. - Self-reliance, tactful persistence, result-oriented work. - Discretion in topics of psychology, relationships and corporeality, confidentiality. Plus — experience with psychologists, coaches, women's projects and online schools.

Hybrid: remote, with trips to shoots and events in Saint Petersburg. - Mostly full-time employment, depends on your efficiency. Results matter, not visibility of work. - Flexible communication between 09:00–00:00. - In-person meetings: 0 to 3–4, as needed. - Volume of content and priorities are agreed considering workload. - Approximate salary level: 70,000 – 150,000 rubles.
