What to do: - Build a project team from scratch and establish a management system (meetings, reporting, task decomposition, deadline control) - Organize offline retreats “turnkey”: from program development and speaker coordination to venue selection, logistics, and contractor management - Conduct CustDev interviews with the target audience (entrepreneurs) - Analyze the marketing funnel, find bottlenecks, and improve stages to increase conversion - Proactively manage risks and prevent organizational issues before they arise

- Proven experience organizing offline events, business retreats, or producing launches - Leadership experience and skills in building team processes - Analytical mindset (data-driven decision making) - High engagement, autonomy, and proactivity — ability to independently find solutions in non-standard situations - Punctuality, structure, and readiness to reside in Moscow
