Line Producer

International product IT company that develops and supports high-load projects for large companies, mostly entertainment online services.Responsibilities:- Form product vision and high-level strategy with the team and General Producer- Plan and prioritize features, maintain product roadmap- Lead the project through all stages: from concept and pre-production to release and post-release support/development- Ensure final quality and release readiness- Manage product risks, adjust scope and priorities- Conduct demos and align key changes with stakeholders- Work closely with PM: decomposition, execution control, release cycles- Participate in team hiring: final decision on key specialists; participate in selecting technical roles with PM and leads- Participate in performance evaluation of key team members with leads and PMAuthority:- Final say on key product decisions, features and timings- Veto right on hiring key specialists- Ability to change priorities and strategy within product goals

- 3+ years of experience in producing/managing game development; proven full-cycle and release experience- Experience working with a cross-functional team of standard composition- Strong planning, prioritization, quality acceptance and risk management skills- Experience in entertainment online services is desirable
