Playneta is an international studio developing the dating app Kiss Kiss (200+ million installs). We recently launched Kiss Kiss 2.0, a new faster and more technological version, and are migrating a multi-million audience to it. You'll join the team at the most interesting stage: a rare chance to work on a live experiment of such scale. Product work: we make decisions quickly and build product development on data, hypotheses, and experiments. PMs research user behavior, find growth points, set priorities, and test hypotheses with A/B tests, actively using AI tools. Position: We're looking for a Product Manager for whom analytics is the primary source of decisions. You will independently collect and interpret Kiss Kiss application data, launch and support product experiments and hypothesis testing, and develop Kiss Kiss.

Experience as a product manager or product analyst in a mobile B2C product from 5 years; strong analytical skills at Senior+ level (product analytics); proven growth cases: can show with concrete examples and numbers how your decisions impacted metrics; skills in working with product data independently: formulate hypotheses, conduct research, interpret results — not wait for an analyst to bring conclusions; understanding of metric relationships (expert level); AI tools are your daily practice, including in research and analytics. Nice to have: experience with dating or social apps; SQL at the level of independent queries to the product database; experience in products with subscription monetization and in-app purchases.
