Legal Assistant

Law Firm «KMK» is looking for a legal assistant in Moscow. Remote work with court visits, career growth to Lawyer. Salary from 40,000 RUB during internship.

Responsibilities: • Deep search and systematization of judicial practice on complex and non-standard categories of disputes; • Detailed analysis of bankruptcy and arbitration case materials; • Preparation of drafts of procedural documents (lawsuits, responses, appellate/cassation complaints, motions); • Work with contracts; • Interaction with arbitration courts, courts of general jurisdiction, FSSP and arbitration managers.

Requirements: • Higher or incomplete higher legal education (graduates of 2025-2026 preferably from leading universities: Moscow State University, Moscow State Law Academy, Higher School of Economics, St. Petersburg State University, Russian State University of Justice, etc.); • Strong theoretical background in civil, arbitration procedure and bankruptcy legislation; • Hyper-responsibility: maintaining quality and deadlines is an absolute priority; • Attention to the smallest details in documents, no typos, contradictions, or procedural deadlines missed; • Ability to quickly process and structure large volumes of information (dozens of court decisions, claims registers, primary documentation); • Looking for a stable permanent job in Moscow for a long term, not a temporary project.

Conditions: • Career track: Stage 1 (Internship): 2 months (from 01.11.2026 to 31.12.2026). Immersion in real cases, testing skills with documents and courts. Stage 2 (Transition to staff): Upon successful completion, transfer to an open-ended employment contract for the position of Legal Assistant with a clear career map to Practice Lawyer; • Income: - during internship (2 months): from 40,000 RUB net; - after transition to staff: based on interview and internship results; • Schedule: full-time, remote work (remote work from outside the region is not considered); • For master's students, an agreed individual schedule is possible, provided the full workload standard is met; • Location: Moscow (work with case materials and visits to courts).
