Legal Counsel / Licensing

Legal Counsel for licensing and regulatory in high-risk segment, office in Belgrade, Serbia. Requires legal education, regulatory experience, and English B1+. Salary discussed individually.

Focus of the role is to be responsible for licensing and regulatory direction of the company in the high-risk segment. Responsibilities: - Obtain new licenses and permits. - Support existing licenses. - Interact with regulators and government bodies. - Study requirements when entering new CIS countries. - Support company launch in new jurisdictions. - Prepare documents and responses to regulator requests. - Work with external lawyers and consultants if needed.

What is important: - Higher legal education - Experience in licensing and regulatory - Real experience interacting with regulators - Understanding of legislation and requirements of CIS countries - Ability to independently manage licensing tasks: from studying requirements to obtaining a license - English from B1 Will be a plus: - Experience in iGaming, FinTech, payments, or another regulated sphere.
