Lead Sales Manager / BDM
Lead Sales Manager / BDM at Asfera in Moscow. Hybrid work, salary from 200,000 RUB. Requires 3+ years of 1C sales experience and clear sales performance metrics.
Active attraction of new clients, including working with incoming requests; Analysis of the needs and capabilities of potential customers, development of effective commercial proposals; Work with department KPIs, as well as personal sales plan; Building partnerships with potential customers; Conclusion of contracts, further support and control of the execution of contractual obligations (acts, invoices); Development and implementation of sales strategies for 1C projects aimed at achieving set goals.
Experience in 1C sales from 3 years is mandatory; Clear sales performance metrics; Established connections/contacts with clients will be a plus; Experience with ERP systems.
