Sales Lead / BD Manager in International Fintech Aggregator
International fintech aggregator is seeking a Sales Lead / BD Manager for a fully remote position. Responsibilities include full sales cycle management, client acquisition, and potential team building. Requires 3+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, Web3, or enterprise SaaS, with strong English skills.
International fintech aggregator of payment providers. We connect merchants from e-commerce, SaaS, Web3, and other verticals to PSPs worldwide, covering low-risk and high-risk segments, local acquiring, and crypto payments. We work with both sides of the market: merchants and providers. The team is distributed, and the work format is fully remote. We are opening a position for an experienced B2B sales specialist. Initially, you will independently manage your client portfolio and develop an acquisition channel. As planned targets are met, you will build a team for your area. The role involves hands-on client work and responsibility for the strategic development of your area.
Full sales cycle management from initial contact to client launch: qualification, demo, negotiation, signing, onboarding. Work with inbound leads from existing company channels and develop your own acquisition channel (LinkedIn, email, industry events, partnerships). Choose a specialization segment: merchants or providers. Combination is possible. Manage deals in AmoCRM, maintain a transparent funnel, and provide regular performance reports. Participate in deal reviews with Head of Sales and CCO, share expertise within the team. Upon achieving planned targets, build a team for your area: selection, hiring, process setup. Experience in B2B sales of complex products for over 3 years. Priority industries: fintech, payments, Web3, enterprise SaaS. Proven experience in independently closing deals from cold outreach to contract signing. Experience in managing the full cycle, not just individual funnel stages. Understanding of the payment industry: PSP, acquiring, high-risk and low-risk segments, KYB. Experience with crypto payments will be an advantage. English language at C1 level or higher. All communication with clients and partners is conducted in English. Need to periodically conduct online product demos (without video) for English-speaking clients. Independence and proactivity, ability to work without operational control from management. Systemic thinking: ability not only to close deals but also to formalize work processes.
Fixed part + percentage of turnover from your clients. Compensation level is discussed individually. Budget for team building upon achievement of planned targets. Direct reporting to Head of Sales and CCO. Fully remote work format, flexible schedule. Career track: Sales Lead → Head of Department.
