We're hiring a Lead Data Scientist for consumer mobile products in Warsaw / Limassol (Hybrid). The role focuses on advertising monetization, revenue optimization, ad analytics, recommendation, personalization, and ranking systems.

• 5+ years of Data Science experience, ideally in consumer mobile products • Strong background in advertising monetization, revenue optimization, or ad analytics • Experience with recommendation, personalization, or ranking systems • Advanced Python and SQL skills • Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, forecasting, and applied statistics • Experience working with large-scale behavioral datasets • Proven leadership or mentoring experience within Data Science teams • Native Russian speaker Nice to have: • AdMob, AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource • MLOps, AWS/GCP/Azure • LLMs & GenAI
