Data Scientist (Middle+/Senior)

Data Scientist position at IT-Implant, salary 260,000–290,000 RUB/month, remote, full-time, 3-6 years experience.

Formulate and decompose business tasks into ML/analytical solutions Conduct exploratory data analysis, test hypotheses and select appropriate methods Develop and validate models: classical ML, statistics, time series, recommendation systems, NLP/LLM — depending on the project Evaluate model quality and impact of implementation Work in conjunction with product, analysts, and engineers Participate in model deployment to production and monitoring as needed Present results and defend decisions before stakeholders

Experience in Data Science from 4 years — depending on grade Confident Python and knowledge of basic ML stack: pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statistics SQL at confident user level Understanding of the ML solution lifecycle: from problem statement to result evaluation Ability to explain complex things in simple language Experience working independently on tasks and bringing them to completion Will be a plus: this is not mandatory requirements, but directions where you can be especially useful on various projects
