Lead Data Scientist | Mobile Games

International mobile game development company seeks a Lead Data Scientist to develop ML solutions for ad monetization, personalization, and recommendations, and to lead and mentor a Data Science team. Hybrid role in Limassol or Warsaw.

Develop ML solutions for advertising monetization, personalization, and recommendations. Lead and mentor the Data Science team. Direct impact on ad revenue, engagement, retention, and LTV. Work with large behavioral data and ML models in a product with millions of users. Shape the Data Science direction, roadmap, and technical standards. Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Ad Monetization.

5+ years of experience in Data Science, preferably in consumer mobile products. Mandatory experience in advertising monetization, revenue optimization, or advertising analytics. Experience developing recommendation, personalization, or ranking systems. Strong Python and SQL. Practical experience with ML: classification, regression, ranking, forecasting, predictive modeling. Understanding of A/B testing, applied statistics, and working with large behavioral datasets. Experience in technical leadership or mentoring Data Scientists.
