Lawyer in Payment Systems and Fintech

Remote lawyer position for a 150+ specialist team in payment systems and fintech, covering banking and gaming/gambling. Involves legal support for payment products, contracts with banks/PSPs, compliance (161-FZ, 115-FZ), and Central Bank interactions. Full-time, remote, service contract, salary negotiable.

The company is a team of 150+ specialists working remotely (schedule according to RF calendar). It develops two key areas: - Banking: acting as a financial gateway between banks, working with private companies and merchants, facilitating financial flows. - Gaming and gambling: payment solutions and fintech products for the industry. Specialization in payment systems and fintech: supporting the launch and development of payment products, building and maintaining work with banks, PSPs, payment agents, and other partners.

Higher legal education. At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer, with at least 3 years in payment business (bank, PSP, NKO/RNKO, acquiring, payment system). Confident knowledge of 161-FZ "On the National Payment System" and 115-FZ (AML/CFT). Understanding of KYC/AML processes and counterparty risk assessment. Real experience interacting with the Bank of Russia (requests, inspections, reporting). Experience in contract work with banks, PSPs, agents, merchants. Ability to see risks before product launch and propose solutions, not just conclusions. Independence and systematic approach in a fast-changing product environment. Nice to have: Experience with NKO/RNKO, money transfer operators. Experience with cross-border transfers and currency regulation. Practice with SBP, acquiring, agency schemes. Experience in obtaining a license / launching a regulated fintech product. English language.

Full remote work. Service contract. Salary based on candidate's skills and preferences.
