Next Genium, an indie game studio, seeks a part-time remote lawyer for legal support, contracts, and document management. Salary: 35,000 RUB.

Next Genium is an indie studio developing games. Looking for an independent and responsible lawyer to take on legal support of the studio, work with contracts and organize document flow. Responsibilities: • Prepare, review, and support contracts, NDAs, additional agreements, and acts; • Manage document flow and control the signing process; • Support contractual relations with contractors and counterparties; • Advise the team on current legal issues; • Ensure order in legal documentation and internal processes; • Participate in resolving legal issues related to studio activities.

• Legal education (completed or in progress); • Experience working independently with contracts and legal documentation; • Knowledge of civil and contract law basics; • Ability to solve problems independently and organize work; • Attention to detail, responsibility, and systematic approach; • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Google Docs. Advantageous: • Experience in IT or game industry; • Knowledge of English; • Understanding of intellectual property issues and experience with international contracts.
