Lawyer at Payment Provider Payler

Payler payment provider seeks a lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in payment systems, to manage legal support, product schemes, and regulatory compliance. Remote work with occasional office visits in Moscow; salary negotiable.

Manage the company's payment system; Collect schemes for products: transfers, payment acceptance, acquiring and internet acquiring; Emission and issuance of payment cards and other electronic means of payment, prepaid and co-branded products, rules for issuance and servicing; Interaction with the Bank of Russia; Work with 115-FZ and 161-FZ; Legal expertise of new products and payment schemes at the input; Monitoring changes in legislation and Central Bank regulations and translating them into clear requirements for the product and processes.

Higher legal education; 3-5 years of experience in NCO/RNCO/payment system operator/PSP/payment aggregator or EDS operator; Experience in legal support of a payment system — PS rules, participants, payment infrastructure service operators, settlements; Ability to design schemes: experience in developing legal structures of payment products from scratch — transfers, payment acceptance, cards, issuance, agency models; Good knowledge of 161-FZ and preferably 115-FZ; Practical experience of interaction with the Bank of Russia; Independence: ability to make a decision and be responsible for it, not just fix a risk.

Salary open for discussion; Classic schedule 5/2 from 9:00/10:00 to 18:00/19:00; Remote work format with rare office visits; Office in Moscow; Employment: IP/SZ/DGPKh; Overall, open to discussion on conditions.
