VK is looking for a lawyer in Moscow to support advertising activities for VK and VK AdBlogger, with a flexible schedule and health insurance.

Responsibilities: • Support advertising activities of VK and VK AdBlogger • Review advertising materials • Conduct contract work, participate in meetings with counterparties • Prepare legal opinions, assess risks and propose mitigation measures

• Higher legal education • At least 2 years of experience supporting advertising projects/services • Knowledge of Federal Laws "On Advertising", "On Personal Data", "On Protection of Competition", Civil Code of the Russian Federation • Understanding of the operation of ORD (Online Advertising Data Operators) • Orientation in FAS approaches and judicial practice on advertising • Legal English — not lower than Intermediate
