Junior UA Manager

Junior UA Manager at Vamapp. Remote, full-time. Salary $900–2,000 gross. Work with international mobile app product, Meta Ads campaigns, analytics, scaling.

International mobile app product. Responsibilities: - Launch and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads; - Analyze campaigns, creatives, and performance metrics; - Test hypotheses and scale successful bundles; - Work with international markets and mobile app product; - Gradually take more responsibility for UA.

6+ months practical experience with Meta Ads; Able to independently launch and optimize campaigns; Understand CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA/CAC, ROAS; Able to work with ad budgets; Able to analyze data and make decisions independently; Want to develop specifically in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing. Large budgets and mobile app experience are not required; a strong Meta Ads foundation, analytical thinking, and desire to grow are more important. Especially important: - Initiative and ownership; - Interest in why advertising works or doesn't; - Willingness to independently search for answers and propose solutions; - High learnability and desire to gradually take more responsibility; - Interest in product and business, not just individual advertising tasks.
