Junior Technical Support Engineer (1st line)

Junior Technical Support Engineer for a large Russian foodtech project. Location: Moscow, Russia. Shift schedule, hybrid work. Full-time employment.

Main tasks: - Provide remote technical support (via phone calls) and monitor the operation of cash systems and equipment at enterprises; - Quickly resolve technical issues, interact with enterprise employees to eliminate malfunctions; - Maintain reporting and knowledge base on incidents; - Comply with Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Advantage: - Completed secondary/higher technical education; - Experience in L1 technical support from 1 year.
