Junior Lawyer

Junior Lawyer position in Limassol, Cyprus, in FinTech/High-Risk industry, reporting to Head of Legal.

You will be working directly with our Head of Legal, handling high-volume contract work and cross-functional support. Key Tasks: - Contract Lifecycle: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (office leases, vendors, referral programs). - FinTech & High-Risk: Work with PSPs, acquiring banks, and merchants. - Lifecycle Tracking: Keep track of renewals, amendments, key obligations, and signatures. - Business Support: Communicate legal risks clearly to Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.

- 1–2+ years of legal experience (Contract Law focus). - Good knowledge/understanding of English Law. - English B2+ (fluent legal drafting and correspondence). - Experience in FinTech / Banking / iGaming / High-Risk is a big plus. - Ability to assess contract risks and offer practical solutions. - Based in Cyprus
