Junior Lawyer, Dispute Resolution and Mediation Practice

Pepeliaev Group is looking for a Junior Lawyer for the dispute resolution and mediation practice in Moscow. Hybrid work, 5/2 schedule, medical insurance, and bonuses offered.

Responsibilities: - preparation of legal opinions and procedural documents; - legal and technical assistance to senior lawyers (legal analysis of situations, development of recommendations, negotiations, formation of folders on court disputes); - representing clients' interests in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts; - representing clients' interests in state and local government bodies; - preparation of reviews of legislation, judicial practice, alerts, and presentations.

- Higher legal education; - at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in consulting; - experience in preparing legal opinions; - experience in preparing reviews of judicial practice; - practical knowledge in the field of civil law, arbitration and civil procedure; - a high degree of self-organization; - excellent communication and self-presentation skills; - teamwork skills; - ability to work with large amounts of information; - ability to make decisions under time constraints and considering possible risks; - ability to take responsibility.
