Junior Affiliate Manager (FinTech | МФО)

Junior Affiliate Manager for a FinTech project (MFO sector), remote, 5/2, fixed salary + KPI. No affiliate experience required; training provided.

Looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager for a FinTech project in the MFO direction. We consider candidates without affiliate marketing experience who want to grow in this field, can communicate with people, work with information and spreadsheets. At the start, we are ready to teach the specifics of the direction, introduce processes, and support during the adaptation period. For us, the desire to learn, responsibility, and good communication skills are important. Tasks: • Finding potential partners and webmasters, developing the partner network • Communicating with partners, discussing cooperation terms, and supporting communication • Maintaining the partner database and updating information in Excel / Google Sheets • Collecting and systematizing data on partners and traffic • Monitoring key metrics and assisting in analyzing traffic effectiveness • Searching for new opportunities to develop the partner direction • Gradually diving into FinTech and MFO market specifics

• Good oral and written communication, ability to build business relationships • Confident basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets • Attention to detail, organization, ability to work with information • Willingness to learn, understand new processes, and take responsibility for tasks • Proactivity, independence, and result orientation • Experience in affiliate marketing or FinTech is a plus but not required
