Junior Account Manager

Remote Junior Account Manager in iGaming. Handle partner requests, qualify leads, and support communication. English B1+. 2/2 schedule, competitive salary.

Processing incoming requests from potential and existing partners, answering questions and helping to solve tasks. Conducting initial qualification of new partners, collecting information about traffic sources, and transferring relevant contacts to Affiliate and Influence Managers. Searching for potential partners, working with contact databases, and initiating communication. Preparing basic analytics and reports on partners, incoming requests, and results. Tracking relevant market changes and trends. Interacting with related teams and an AI bot, monitoring the quality of automated communication and information transfer between shifts and responsible managers.

Experience in customer support, account management, or another role with direct communication with clients/partners. English from B1: confident written communication and interaction with English-speaking partners. Ability to work with a large volume of correspondence, understand partner requests, and clearly convey information. Willingness to use AI tools and automation in working with texts, information, and routine tasks, and to control the quality of results.

High salary + performance bonuses and salary review. Fully remote work. Schedule 2/2: day shift 07:00–17:00, night shift 16:00–04:00 (GMT+4). 24 working days of paid vacation. Corporate English lessons.
