Client Account Manager

Customer support manager role, from 50,000 RUB, remote, handling incoming inquiries and closing deals in CRM.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming dialogues with already interested clients; - Work with large deals and high-value transactions; - Manage objections and close deals; - Maintain client database in CRM system.

Requirements: - At least 6 months of experience in sales or client service; - Confident PC skills and CRM experience; - Fast typing speed (text-based communication); - Ability to handle objections of any complexity; - Stress tolerance and ability to work with large volumes of information.
