Java Senior

Java Senior at OTR2000 for Sber project, remote in Russia, 1500-1650 RUB/hour gross (up to 277k RUB/month), full-time. Requires 5+ years of commercial Java development and fintech experience.

Project: Sber, team developing client channels for trading investment products. Solve complex technological tasks: multiple integrations and data exchange interfaces, high stability and security requirements, adherence to branched processes and tracking changes in financial markets. Participation in architecture design, development and support of backend part of web applications and services, performance and scalability optimization. Tasks: - Participate in application architecture design. - Develop and maintain backend part of web applications and services. - Optimize performance and scalability of systems. - Interact with frontend developers, analysts, and testers. - Write and maintain unit tests, conduct code reviews. - Participate in integrations and data exchange between services. - Follow stability and security requirements.

Requirements: - Completed higher technical education (must show diploma, scan or photo). - Commercial development experience as Java developer from 5 years after graduation. - Experience in fintech, top-15 banks of Russia. - Professional Java development experience from 5 years (microservices, API, unit tests). - Experience with Spring (Boot / Security / Web / Test). - Experience with Kafka. - Experience with REST API. - Experience with Maven / Gradle. - Experience with OpenShift / K8S. - Experience with Git. - Knowledge of Docker (plus). - Knowledge of CI/CD (plus).

Conditions: - Remote work across Russia. - Engagement via self-employed (IP) or fixed-term employment contract under Labor Code. - Salary: 1500-1650 RUB/hour gross (up to 277k RUB per month). - Payment: per IP contract monthly (payment by 20th of the month following the reporting month); under fixed-term contract: twice a month on 10th and 25th. - Engagement duration: until July 2027.
