IT Support Intern
IT Support Intern position in a product Fintech company in Limassol. Duration: 3 months. Responsibilities include managing access, assisting employees with corporate services, and supporting office infrastructure.
Main tasks: Issuing and revoking access to corporate systems Assisting company employees with corporate services (solving minor technical problems, consulting on service operation, supporting employees in the office) Preparing basic access for new employees Working with various services such as: Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, Figma, Bitwarden, Intercom, etc. Supporting office infrastructure (basic level) Escalating more complex tasks to senior specialists
What is important: Basic understanding of IT (networks, client and server OS Windows and MacOS) Interest in system administration, IT support Ability to quickly learn new services Attentiveness, composure, and responsibility Ability to communicate politely and clearly with company employees Understanding what Active Directory, DNS, VPN are ⭐️ Will be a plus: Experience with Atlassian / Slack / Google Workspace English at the level of reading documentation
