International IT company is looking for a System Support (AnyKey) for its Belgrade office. Responsibilities include office and user support, server maintenance, PC repair, inventory management, user assistance, and working with video surveillance systems. Requires 1+ year of experience.

We are an international product IT company engaged in the development and support of high-load projects for large companies, primarily B2B solutions in the entertainment, gaming, and sports sectors. We are inviting a System Support (AnyKey) to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance of the office space and users within it (250+ workstations) Server maintenance Component-level repair of PCs and peripherals IT inventory management Creating purchase requests for equipment User support and assistance with technical issues Working with access control systems (SКУД) and video surveillance systems

Knowledge of component-level hardware repair. Experience in restoring Windows OS without data loss. Knowledge of the latest PC hardware components (CPUs, motherboards, graphics cards, printers, etc.). Basic understanding of Active Directory (Purpose, pros and cons, GPO principles). Basic understanding of TCP/IP principles (Networks, data packets, routing), as well as industrial routers and switches (models, pros and cons). Knowledge of low-voltage systems, ability to work with structured cabling systems (SKS). Experience in the System Support (AnyKey) role for at least 1 year.
