iGaming PSP Onboarding Manager (Team Lead)

iGaming PSP Onboarding Manager (Team Lead). Location: Cyprus (Limassol) or relocation. Lead payment operations team, monitor approval rate, manage PSP integrations. Competitive salary.

Lead the team, distribute tasks, control processes and results. Daily monitoring of statistics, analysis of Approval Rate, identifying patterns and anomalies in conversion. Control current partners, search for technical issues and bugs on provider side. Manage integration processes for new payment solutions.

At least 13 years of experience in Payment Operations or PSP Management on the side of a large iGaming merchant. Experience with Tier-1 GEO. English B2-C1.

Location: Cyprus (Limassol) or relocation. Work with established high-level payment processes. No micromanagement and bureaucracy, focus on measurable results. Competitive salary.
