HRD (Oil | Gas)

HR Director for an oil and gas group of companies in Almaty, head office. Build and develop the HR function, centralize processes, form an internal team, and reduce dependence on external providers.

This position is for an HR leader interested in not just maintaining existing processes, but building and developing the HR function: centralizing group processes, forming an internal team, developing HR systems, and gradually reducing dependence on external providers. Main areas of responsibility: • Transformation and centralization of the group's HR function; • Organizational structure and workforce planning; • Recruitment, adaptation, and personnel development; • Compensation & Benefits, budgeting, and payroll control; • HR administration and labor relations; • Performance Management, KPIs, and talent pool; • HR analytics and process automation; • Interaction with heads of the head office and production units. Candidates with experience in the oil and gas, mining, or other production industries, including work with production and rotational personnel, are especially interesting. Periodic business trips to production facilities in Atyrau and Aktobe regions are possible. For a strong candidate from another city, a relocation package is possible.
