HRBP position at Beeline in Yaroslavl. Responsibilities include employee onboarding, career development, internal rotation, recruitment, competency assessment, and exit interviews. Requires 3+ years of experience as HR BP or T&D, with expertise in career consulting, development, and recruitment.

Responsibilities include: - Onboarding and support of new employees; - Support of career development and talent pool; - Coordination of internal employee rotation processes between departments; - Selection and development of attraction sources; - Competency assessment and development; - Engagement and internal communications; - Implementation of targeted projects and assignments from the Director of Shared Service Center aimed at personnel development and motivation; - Exit interviews and analysis of reasons for dismissal; - Replacement of an employee for the administration of external personnel.
