This vacancy is for those who can translate business tasks into HR processes and vice versa. Location - Limassol, office Experience - from 3 years Responsibilities: • Build trusting relationships with leads and teams, acting as a change agent. • Implement new HR standards and policies, making them understandable and logical for everyone. • Advise managers on motivation and talent development. • Participate in cross-functional projects and HR brand development initiatives.
