HR Business Partner for a game development studio in Limassol, Cyprus. Focus on building a mature HR function, scaling teams, and developing HR strategies. Full-time position.

We are looking for a strong HR BP to become a partner for the business and help build a mature, sustainable HR function for the studio in Cyprus. What you will do: • Formulate and implement HR strategy aligned with business and product goals • Scale teams for new projects • Advise hiring managers on development and retention • Participate in final interviews for key roles • Build grading systems, career paths, and motivation systems • Develop performance processes, feedback, and engagement • Handle complex cases (conflicts, dismissals) • Develop culture and improve HR processes (including AI tools) • Support relocation and HR operations

What is important: • 3+ years in HR BP / HR Lead / HR Generalist role (gamedev/IT) • Experience influencing business decisions and working in partnership with the business • Practice in building or transforming HR processes • Understanding of product team structures (development, art, game design) • English B2+ Will be a plus: • Experience in gamedev and interest in games • Grading, performance management, motivation systems • Working with engagement and retention • Using AI in HR
