HR Projects Intern at MTS in Moscow. Responsibilities include assisting with Welcome Day, analyzing adaptation events, organizing mentorship programs, creating presentations, and structuring information. Requires student/graduate, data structuring skills, attention to detail, presentation skills, and basic Excel knowledge. Figma/Tilda is a plus.

Assist in the development of Welcome Day considering business needs; Participate in the analysis of adaptation events; Organize mentorship programs with the team; Create aesthetic and understandable presentations; Perform other tasks (structuring information, instructions, writing texts).

Student or graduate of a relevant field; Ability to structure data; Attention to detail; Experience in creating beautiful and logical presentations; Basic understanding and knowledge of Excel; Figma, Tilda skills will be an advantage; Desire to develop in the direction of adaptation.
