Intern Recruiter position at Krok, remote. Focus on candidate sourcing strategy, resume evaluation, and candidate support. Requires willingness to learn HR and IT, analytical skills.

Participate with the recruiter in forming the candidate search strategy; Learn to work with various candidate search sources; Apply creativity; Find resumes and evaluate their relevance to the vacancy tasks; Learn to unlock the potential of the interlocutor in a phone conversation Invite applicants for further meetings, support candidate processing in the company; Conduct analytics, learn a lot and apply best practices in work.

Education: including a student of the last courses of the university or a graduate of the current year (technical education is welcome); Work experience is not required, but will be a big plus; work experience in a recruitment agency is welcome; Desire to professionally develop in the field of HR and understand the IT field; Information search skills in various sources; High learning ability and performance, analytical skills, attentiveness, result-orientation.
