HR Manager
HR Manager position with responsibilities including recruitment, candidate management, and HR database maintenance. Offers a fixed salary plus bonuses, with an average income of 200,000 AMD. Based in Yerevan, Armenia.
Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection of personnel (sales managers, administrators, analysts) Conducting initial and final interviews Managing candidates through the funnel (from application to start date) Posting vacancies (hh, Telegram, other sources) Assessing candidates based on competencies and company fit Organizing employee onboarding and supporting them in the first days Maintaining the candidate database and building a talent pool Interacting with management regarding hiring needs Monitoring recruitment effectiveness (conversions, time to fill)
Experience in HR/recruitment for at least 1 year Interviewing and candidate assessment skills Understanding of the recruitment funnel and handling applications Ability to fill vacancies quickly Communication and interpersonal skills Systematic approach and responsibility Willingness to work in the office Key Skills: Personnel selection Employee motivation Conflict management Requirements analysis Armenian - C2 - Fluent Russian - C2 - Fluent
