HR Specialist in GameDev Studio Mundfish

HR Specialist needed for Mundfish, creators of Atomic Heart. Location: Yerevan. Full-time hybrid role. Responsibilities include HR documentation, onboarding, and relocation support. Requires 1-2 years of HR experience in IT.

We are Mundfish, the studio behind the iconic game Atomic Heart, set in an alternate reality of 1950s USSR. We are looking for an individual to join our HR team who will handle: Full support of personnel documentation Support of new employees (registration, documents, taxes) Support of relocation and adaptation processes for employees in offices in different countries Assistance to the HR team in current tasks and projects

Experience of 1-2 years in HR (IT sphere) in positions of HR assistant or HR manager Skills in working with personnel record-keeping and contracts of remote employees Experience in conducting a full onboarding cycle Will be a plus: Experience in the GameDev industry and conversational English
