HR Manager (Universal) - Project-based, Remote

Seeking a universal HR manager to close various positions (tech, creative, managerial) on a project basis. Remote, long-term, payment per result. Active sourcing, screening, and shortlisting required.

We have our own team, several products and directions. Everything is remote, we hire people selectively for specific tasks. Responsibilities: - Capture the position profile from us and turn it into a clear offer - Search actively, not wait for incoming applications - Primary screening: real experience, adequacy, deadlines, rate - Shortlist of 3-5 candidates with a brief summary for each, bring to our final call and to start on the task

We want to see: - Closed roles from various fields: technical, creative, managerial. The position profile is new each time - it's important to quickly grasp an unfamiliar specialty - Ability to evaluate a candidate in a profession where you are not an expert (we provide questions) - Experience hiring remotely and for project-based payment Not suitable if: - You work only with incoming resumes - You need a stable volume and fixed monthly salary - You forward resumes without screening

Format: - Fully remote, long-term - Project-based: there is a position - there is a task and payment for it. Task flow is irregular, not full-time and not a salary - we pay for results. - International payments, outside bank transfers - method discussed at start In your response, include: - 2-3 positions you have closed: role and time to close - The most atypical role you had to close - How you screened a specialist in an unfamiliar area for you - Your rate and preferred payment method
