Working with incoming responses and readiness for cold search when activity is low. Hunting for specialized specialists from competing companies. Working with outsourcing companies for working professions, if necessary - searching for new companies. Conducting initial phone interviews. Organizing interviews and actively participating in them. Adaptation of new employees, active participation in onboarding, obtaining feedback during the probation period. Reporting on the area of activity.

Higher or secondary vocational education. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment; experience in hiring sales managers will be an advantage. Knowledge of KDP (personnel records management) will be an advantage. Confident PC user, Microsoft Office.
