HR Manager

HR Manager at UPPETIT in Saint Petersburg. Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, motivation systems, HR analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities: - Close vacancies, build a pipeline and prepare recruitment reports. - Develop and implement onboarding programs, onboarding checklists, and collect feedback from newcomers. - Participate in developing motivation systems, collect feedback and analyze their effectiveness. - Participate in new HR projects: from brainstorming and development to implementation and control. - Collect data across all HR areas. - Prepare regular reports on turnover, engagement, onboarding effectiveness, and other metrics. - Analyze data, draw conclusions and recommendations.

Requirements: - Experience in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, coordination, offer. - Skills in conducting in-depth interviews and experience in mass recruitment for stores. - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: pivot tables, formulas. - Basic understanding of HR metrics: turnover, eNPS, time-to-hire, cost per hire. - Experience in implementing HR initiatives in onboarding, motivation, training, etc. - Ability to work with large volumes of data and prepare regular reports.
